This place is great. They fixed my bike and made it look brand new! They stuck to the estimate they provided, got the work done when they said they would, and everyone was very kind and engaged.

Thorough review of repairs and quality of work. Cost was reasonable. Wait time was a bit long (1 month) but understood due to busy season. Highly recommended!

The team at Wheel & Sprocket helped me process a warranty claim for my Trek bike, which was successful! They were super helpful, communicative, and great to work with! Will definitely seek them out first for future bike needs.

My friend and I finally popped into Wheel & Sprocket Evanston for the first time this weekend, and we were instantly charmed! The shop has such a welcoming, lively vibe. Think cozy bike haven meets your favorite neighborhood hangout. They had the FIFA game on when we walked in (huge soccer fan here, so that immediately scored major points 🏆), and when I plopped down in the lounge area, I spotted the cold/hot water dispenser. Who does that?! It made me feel right at home, except with bikes everywhere. I rolled in parched from my ride, so I ended up grabbing a water bottle and cage that actually fit my XS Cannondale frame. Lilliana was an absolute gem! She patiently walked us through options, gave thoughtful advice on my bike, and even hooked us up with some fun stickers for my new bottle. She was genuine, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience feel easy and exciting. The rest of the crew was just as friendly and helpful too. You can tell this shop really invests in taking care of their customers and as neighbors of Evanston we really appreciate the care. The gentlemen with the pink hair was able to quickly fix my sons bike. Although he was quite busy, his ability to diagnose and fix the issue was impressive. Overall great person and great experience. Thanks so much!
